Why doesn't the COA cap color match my vial?

Cap colors can vary between production batches. If the batch code on your vial matches your shipping email, the product is correct even if the cap color differs from the COA photo. In some cases, a COA from a different batch may have been attached to your shipping email -- contact us and we'll send the correct one.
