I received powder instead of liquid -- is this correct?

Yes. Our peptides are shipped as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is the standard and most stable form. You'll need to reconstitute them with bacteriostatic (BAC) water before use. This is normal for all research peptide suppliers.

Do I need bacteriostatic (BAC) water? Where do I get it?

Yes, BAC water is required to reconstitute lyophilized peptides. We sell BAC water on our website when available. If it's out of stock, you can purchase it from Amazon or other research supply vendors.
