My package says delivered but I didn't receive it -- what do I do?

If tracking says delivered but you do not have the package, start with these checks:

  • Look around all entrances, mail areas, parcel lockers, and safe-drop locations.

  • Check with neighbors, household members, a front desk, or building staff.

  • Wait a short time in case the carrier marked it delivered slightly early.

If the package still does not appear, contact the carrier and then contact support with your order number and tracking number so we can review your case.
