A single order can arrive in multiple packages when the items are fulfilled on different shipping timelines or from different stock locations.
This is normal and does not automatically mean anything is missing.
When an order is split, each shipment may have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days. If you think part of the order is still missing after checking all tracking updates, contact support with your order number.
