How long does shipping take?

US domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after tracking is provided. International orders from our China warehouses take 10-20 business days depending on the destination, with occasional delays during customs clearance. Please note that shipping companies do not operate on weekends, so business days are Monday through Friday only.

How do I track my order?

After you place an order, it takes 3-4 business days for your products to be processed and picked up by the shipping company. The shipping company then takes 1-2 business days to generate a tracking number. Once we receive it, the tracking ID is automatically uploaded to our system and you'll get an email notification. Enter your tracking ID at track.nobledragons.com to follow your shipment in real time.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days -- is my order lost?

Not necessarily. International shipments often have a tracking "blackout period" of 5-14 days between leaving the origin warehouse and arriving in the destination country. This is normal. If tracking hasn't updated in more than 2 weeks, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

What does "label created" mean?

"Label created" means the shipping label has been generated but the carrier hasn't picked up or scanned the package yet. This status can last 1-3 business days before the first scan appears.

My China tracking stopped updating, then I got a FedEx or USPS number -- what's going on?

International orders go through multiple stages: your package leaves China, flies to the US (typically via Hong Kong), clears US customs, and is then handed off to a domestic carrier like FedEx or USPS for final delivery. Tracking often goes silent during the transit and customs clearance stages -- this is the "blackout period" and is completely normal. Once the package reaches the US facility and is handed to the domestic carrier, you'll receive a new tracking number via email.

My tracking shows "Arrived Shipping Partner Facility -- USPS Awaiting Item" -- what does that mean?

This means your package has arrived at the US logistics hub and is waiting to be picked up by USPS for domestic delivery. It's a normal step in the process and means your package is in the US and close to entering the USPS network. You should see movement within a few business days.

Why does my tracking show a California address when I live in a different state?

International shipments to the US arrive at a distribution hub in California before being handed to the domestic carrier (USPS or FedEx) for delivery to your address. Seeing California in your tracking does not mean your package was sent to the wrong place -- it's simply the entry point into the US delivery network.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide, including the US, Canada, Australia, and across Europe and Asia. However, we do not ship to Mexico, Brazil, or Costa Rica. Some other destinations may have customs restrictions -- contact us if you're unsure about your country.

What happens if my package gets stuck in customs?

Most packages clear customs without issues. If your package is held, you may be contacted by customs for additional documentation or a phone number. Provide what they ask for promptly. In rare cases, packages are seized -- contact us if this happens and we'll work with you on next steps.

What does "hand over to airline failed" mean?

This means the package missed its scheduled flight from the origin country. It will typically be rebooked on the next available flight within a few days. If this status persists for more than a week, contact us and we'll follow up with the shipping company.

Are there shipping delays during Chinese New Year?

Yes. Our China warehouses close for Chinese New Year (typically late January through mid-February). During this period, only US domestic orders and limited Australian orders are processed. Orders placed before the closure are shipped, but tracking may be delayed. Check our website or Telegram for exact closure dates each year.
